Fundraising to Share the Faith
Our first annual WYGE Sharathon was in November of 1996. For four days each November, we set aside our regular programming to allow our listeners to call us and show their financial support for WYGE. During these four days, the stations’ owners, the Huff Family, primarily are on the air along with featured local guests. It’s a great occasion when this fundraiser allows us to raise a large portion of our budget for the coming year.
